When managing the Estate, Greenwich Hospital has to balance the desire to optimise income for charitable needs with the responsibility of acting as custodian of a World Heritage Site, supporting local businesses and residential community as well as encouraging parties from outside the locality to invest in the town centre either as customers or providers.
This is achieved by an on site management team based at the Hospital's Estate Office in 6 College Approach, who look after the estate day-to-day supported by an extended team from Knight Frank.
