Brazilian culture is incredibly rich and diverse, having been influenced by many different cultures such as Portuguese, African, Arabic, Spanish, Japanese and Italians, among others.
Brazilian Snacks came to bring you all these influences presented in our traditional snacks.
Our popular Coxinha is a fried dough made with potatoes and flour, filled with chicken breast; The cheese bread is a gluten free, made with cassava flour and cheese; the Kibe is made with minced beef, bulgar wheat and spices; our Esfihas are baked pastries that can be filled with beef, chicken, ham and cheese or spinach and ricotta; the small pie is a dough outer filled with chicken or heart of palm.
The diversity of our culture combined with the joy of the Brazilian people, is the pinch of spice we want to add to our business and spread throughout the UK.
