Handmade accessories
Everything made with love: makeup bags, oyster holders, pen cases and more.
I just wanted to give you more information about my brand. I’m Klawdia and was born in the coldest place on Earth, Yakutia, which is in Siberia.
Sardaana is very popular female name in my country and means Lilly.
I moved to Salzburg, Austria, in 1992 and spent 22 years there. I had a shop called Sardaana for the last five years before I moved to London in August 2014. The shop was a small sewing atelier where I made purses, bags and cases for mobile devices. It was very successful and my creations had their USP, unique selling proposition. However, it was time to move forward and in the hope to achieve more I came to London with my daughter. We only had two suitcases, no permanent roof over our heads and had quite hard times moving from one place to another until we found a beautiful flat with a garden. I began to sew again and had to start literally from zero.
I have a full time office job (customer services and social media, in team Germany) and sew in my spare time nearly every evening. Sewing is still a big passion of mine. I’m trading at the Greenwich market on the weekends. I’m making purses in different sizes, bags, passport and tissue cases. I use only quality quilting fabrics from the US, UK and Japan. Every single item is unique and made with a lot of love. Soon I will release new customisable hand stitched pencil cases, quilted library totes and quilts. So stay tuned!
